
Pilates Barrels Basic allows one to modify and vary both simple and complex Pilates exercises. They may be used alone to enhance a rehabilitation program, protect the spine during an exercise, or offer a challenge as a variation of a movement or position. The Basic barrels course will introduce the use of the barrels for pre-Pilates work and modifications of specific mat exercises, including the Small Arc, the Spine Corrector, and the Ladder Barrel also know as the Big Barrel.
